We started Untapped Admin because we saw too many small business owners burning out trying to do it all. The late nights, the missed calls, the endless admin — it’s not sustainable, and it’s not why you went into business.

I started Untapped Admin to help business owners reach their full potential. Working with sole traders and small businesses to achieve their goals and seeing them grow is a passion of mine.
Untapped Admin started, as I helped my husband set up his business as a roof plumber from our dining table. I would watch how much he "loved" doing his admin, and so being a good girlfriend at the time, I helped him structure his sole tradership and keep on top of the backend work. My previous experience working in marketing, call centres, government and disability employment services, I would always be the go-to person is helping people organise, structure and kick off their businesses.
It's not always about the data entry, it's about helping people get ahead and playing to others strengths.
